The position involves hourly rounding, answering call lights, assisting with patient information boards, and helping staff with basic care tasks under supervision. Weekend coverage is required and shifts include overnight hours.

Qualifications

• Must be able to start ASAP.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance.
• Previous healthcare or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct hourly rounding to check on patients and assist with non-clinical needs.
• Answer call lights and relay patient requests to appropriate staff.
• Assist with filling out patient whiteboards with updated care information.
• Refill water pitchers and ensure patients have access to fresh water.
• Stock and organize patient rooms with essential supplies.
