Together Women’s Health, LLC is seeking a PRN Saturday Medical Receptionist/Front Desk Receptionist to provide a welcoming, patient-centered experience in our women’s imaging center. The role handles intake, scheduling, insurance verification, and payments with accuracy and courtesy.

The position is primarily based in Westminster, with travel to Cherry Creek, Lakewood, and Highlands Ranch as needed. Prior radiology office experience and Athena One familiarity are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in medical office or healthcare setting required.
• Radiology/ imaging center experience preferred.
• Athena One experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients warmly and manage check-in/check-out with EHR.
• Verify demographics and insurance, collect copays, schedule visits.
• Coordinate appointments, answer calls, and support billing.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and documentation accuracy.
