Qualifications

• Reliable with excellent attendance.

• Typing 45+ WPM; proficient with MS Office and EMR.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients with professionalism and compassion.
• Manage front‑office operations including scheduling, check‑out, and updating EMR records.
• Answer multi‑line phones while following urgent/emergent protocols.
• Conduct daily appointment reminders and outreach.
• Collect and process payments at time of service.
• Verify insurance eligibility and assist with authorizations.
• Resolve patient concerns with empathy and problem‑solving.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA and safety protocols.
• Support administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and supply management.
• Participate in team huddles and contribute to workflow improvements.
