P3 Health Partners in Henderson, NV is seeking a Patient Services Specialist to manage the front desk, greet patients, verify demographics and insurance, and schedule appointments. This onsite role requires a friendly, organized individual who can handle a fast-paced clinic environment while maintaining confidentiality.

You will support clinicians, coordinate with back office staff, and help create a welcoming, efficient patient experience from check-in to check-out.

Qualifications

• Goes with primary care reception duties and HIPAA compliance.
• 1+ years’ experience in healthcare related field.
• Familiarity with Athena or Cerner is a plus.
• Front desk/medical receptionist experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients in a friendly and professional manner
• Verify patient demographics and insurance information
• Schedule appointments and manage cancellations and reschedules
• Answer multi-line phone system and handle patient inquiries
• Assist with administrative tasks and managing medical records
• Ensure waiting area is tidy and welcoming
• Support back office staff and providers as needed
• Work independently in clinic environments with minimal supervision
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Contribute to clinic workflow efficiency and positive patient experience
