• Assist new patients with the check-in process.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Collect co-payments and provide receipts.
• Make copies of identification/insurance cards and patient paperwork.
• Scan, copy, and organize basic documents.
• Answer or direct basic patient questions.
• Notify the appropriate team member when extra assistance is needed.
• Keep the front desk neat and organized.
• Complete other basic front desk duties as assigned.
