TEKsystems is seeking a friendly, customer service-focused Front Office Patient Service Representative (Entry-Level) for an outpatient clinic in Southlake, TX. This fully onsite, contract-to-hire role supports daily front office operations and patient coordination.

The position offers an entry-level path into healthcare with opportunities to work with providers and staff, handling registrations, scheduling, and payments in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous customer service experience required.
• Medical front office or PSR experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and data-entry skills.
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in patients in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.
• Perform patient registration, intake, and data entry.
• Verify insurance benefits and obtain pre-authorizations as needed.
• Process patient check-out and collect applicable payments.
• Assist with scanning, faxing, filing, and maintaining patient records.
• Support therapists, providers, and clinical staff with administrative tasks.
