Crossroads Treatment Centers in Virginia is seeking a Medical Receptionist to provide warm, professional front-desk support. You will check in patients, process payments, and guide newcomers through the intake process, ensuring a smooth, compliant patient experience.

You will collect specimens as needed and coordinate with clinical staff to support daily operations. A high school diploma or GED is required, with prior healthcare or addiction-treatment exposure preferred.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Customer Service experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, addiction medicine, office administration preferred.
• Lived Addiction experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service checking in patients, receiving payments, and assisting in daily operations.
• Maintain friendly, professional attitude towards patients, offer a "white glove" experience.
• Provide an exceptional experience by guiding new patients through their intake process.
• Collect urine and saliva samples for patient drug screens as needed
• Maintains daily financial records and reports
• Coordinates with medical and clinical staff to coordinate intakes
• Provides clerical and logistical support
• Oversees patient accounts and financial responsibilities
