Job summary

Genesis HealthCare, Inc. is seeking a front desk receptionist to support our NM facility. You will answer calls, warmly greet patients and visitors, and direct inquiries while maintaining accurate patient and staff records.

This role requires strong communication and proficiency with Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides; a high school diploma is required. The position is based on-site in Sandia Heights, New Mexico, with opportunities for growth within our care network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English for patient safety and communication.
• Excellent communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls professionally and redirect as needed.
• Greet patients, visitors, and guests warmly and guide them appropriately.
• Coordinate outgoing and incoming mail.
• Maintain current lists of patients/residents by name/room and staff by name/extension.
• Order supplies and perform other clerical duties as assigned.
