Qualifications

• 1 year of clinical experience in a patient care setting preferred
• Willingness to travel to other clinics in the area for scheduling
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work with multiple computer programs

Responsibilities

• Checks-in patients in a timely manner and follows Web Check-in procedures
• Answers clinic phone calls and provides information or routes questions
• Verifies insurance timely and accurately
• Follows occupational client’s preference card and procedures
• Reviews patient paperwork for completeness and collects insurance/demographic information
• Completes Daily Balance Checklist after each shift with all forms of payment documented
