UnitedHealth Group in Colorado Springs is seeking a Customer Service Associate to support patient check-in/out, insurance verification and scheduling in a busy clinic. You will gather payments, handle deposits, and assist with medical records while coordinating with the care team.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, 2+ years in customer service or healthcare, and proficiency with MS Word/Excel/Outlook; Spanish/English bilingual ability is a plus in our diverse environment.

Qualificações

High School Diploma / GED
2+ years of customer service or healthcare related experience
Intermediate level of proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, including the ability to use multiple web applications

Responsabilidades

Greet patients and manage wait times
Complete check-in/out tasks including insurance verification and preauthorizations
Collect co-pays and manage receipts
Lead other team members
Answer phones and schedule appointments
Manage medical records and release requests
Maintain relationships with patients and staff
