Qualifications

• Ability to manage a high volume of call inquiries with accuracy and professionalism.
• Coordinate preoperative and postoperative communications with patients.
• Document all patient interactions in the designated system promptly.

Responsibilities

• Support continuity of care by collaborating with nursing, scheduling, providers, and leadership.
• Escalate clinical questions to licensed staff as required by policy.
• Maintain call logs and assist with patient communications and other admin tasks.
