Hands of Hope Physical Therapy is seeking a compassionate Patient Care Coordinator who speaks Spanish to join our Woodhaven, NY clinic. You will coordinate patient appointments, communicate insurance information, and assist with administrative tasks to ensure an exceptional patient experience.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities, with familiarity of medical terminology and HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Healthcare or Physical Therapy Clinic Experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance processes, and HIPAA is a plus.

Job Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a compassionate and organized Patient Care Coordinator to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will support patients throughout their care journey by coordinating appointments, communicating insurance information, assisting with administrative tasks, and ensuring an exceptional patient experience.

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Pay Range: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour. (Final Compensation is based on experience, skills, and qualifications.)
