You will interact with patients by phone or online and follow established scheduling protocols to ensure timely responses.

This role emphasizes attention to detail, strong communication, and proficiency with standard office software, enabling top-tier patient service and seamless clinic operations.

Qualifications

• Detail oriented with professional attitude and reliability.
• Ability to follow verbal & written instructions with proper grammar and spelling.
• Interpersonal skills to support customer service and teamwork.
• Able to communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing.
• Basic to intermediate mathematical/analytical problem-solving.
• Basic to intermediate computer operation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of relevant systems and HIPAA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Interact with patients online or by phone to schedule appointments.
• Maintain thorough understanding of scheduling protocols.
• Follow up with patient inquiries via phone or online.
• Contact patients for recall programs and schedule appointments.
• Manage patient inquiries in ZocDoc, Solution Reach, and other applications for timely responses.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures and support high-quality customer service.
• Perform other duties as needed for the organization.
