Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Communication skills – must be able to relate well to Business Office and Field leadership.
• Ability to multitask, organizational detail, ability to meet deadlines, work with little to no supervision.
• As a member of a team, must possess efficient time management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations.
• Schedule patient visits.
• Provide excellent Customer Service.
• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere.
• Make welcome calls and optimize arrival rate.
• Manage schedule efficiently.
• Manage document routing and non-clinical documentation.
• Manage deposits and clinic inventory.
• Monitor caseload and progress notes.
• Attend required training with TFT team and compliance training.
