Responsibilities

• Collect money due at the time of service and verify insurance.
• Convert referrals into evaluations and schedule patient visits.
• Provide excellent customer service and create an inviting clinic atmosphere.
• Make welcome calls and influence arrival rate with a great patient experience.
• Manage schedule, document routing, deposits, and non-clinical paperwork.
• Attend required trainings and maintain compliance in routine operations.
