Results Physiotherapy in Farragut, TN is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator - I to join our clinic. This entry-level role supports front desk operations, patient intake, scheduling, and insurance verification while delivering excellent customer service.

The PCC-I collaborates with the Clinic Director to maintain an efficient, welcoming environment and to convert referrals into evaluations, manage deposits, and handle non-clinical documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Communication skills - must be able to relate well to Business Office and Field leadership
• Ability to multitask, organizational detail, ability to meet deadlines, work with little to no supervision
• As a member of a team, must possess efficient time management and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Greets everyone who enters the clinic in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Schedules new referrals received by fax or by telephone from patients, physician offices.
• Verifies insurance coverage for patients.
• Maintains an orderly and organized front office workspace.
• Other duties as assigned.
