Results Physiotherapy, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, seeks a full-time Patient Care Coordinator in Chattanooga, TN. The PCC-I supports clinic growth by executing practice management and patient intake processes in collaboration with the Clinic Director.

The role emphasizes delivering excellent customer service and maintaining an inviting front office environment. Qualifications include a high school diploma and strong multitasking, time management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Communication skills – must be able to relate well to Business Office and Field leadership
• Ability to multitask, organizational detail, ability to meet deadlines, work with little to no supervision
• As a member of a team, must possess efficient time management and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Collect all money due at time of service
• Convert referrals into evaluations
• Schedule patient visits
• Customer Service
• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere
• Make all welcome calls
• Monitor and influence arrival rate through creation of a great customer experience
• Practice Management
• Manage schedule efficiently
• Manage document routing
• Manage personal overtime
• Manage non-clinical documentation
• Manage deposits
• Manage caseload, D/C candidate, progress note, and insurance reporting
• Monitor clinic inventory
• Training
• Attend required training with the Territory Field Trainers (TFT) for Raintree and other business process updates.
• Complete quarterly compliance training
