Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities are essential.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Collect money due at time of service and convert referrals into evaluations.
• Schedule patient visits and provide strong customer service.
• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere and manage front-office operations.
• Handle non-clinical documentation and monitor deposits and inventories.
