Peak Physical Therapy, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator I (PCC-I) in Lindale, TX to support clinic growth and patient intake processes. This entry-level role emphasizes exceptional customer service and smooth front-office operations within a busy outpatient setting.

You will collaborate with the Clinic Director to implement efficient procedures, greet patients, verify insurance, schedule visits, and ensure a welcoming, organized environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Communication skills - must be able to relate well to Business Office and Field leadership.
• Ability to multitask, organizational detail, meet deadlines, and work with little supervision.
• As a member of a team, must possess efficient time management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations.
• Schedule patient visits.
• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere.
• Make all welcome calls.
• Monitor arrival rate through a great customer experience.
