Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of relevant healthcare or patient-facing experience.
• Ability to work onsite in a clinical environment and take vital signs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients in the outpatient clinic.
• Assist with patient scheduling, registration, and flow management.
• Prepare exam rooms, room patients, obtain vital signs, and review allergies/pharmacy/medication lists as needed.
• Facilitate timely and clear communication between patients, providers, and the team.
• Maintain MSK's standards for cleanliness, safety, and infection control are met.
• Advocate for patient comfort, access, and satisfaction throughout the care journey.
