Exciting Opportunity at MSK: Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK) is hiring a compassionate and detail-oriented Medical Coordinator to join our patient care team. In this key role, you'll help ensure a smooth, welcoming clinical experience for patients and families-from check-in to check-out - while working closely with our exceptional clinicians, nurses, and administrative teammates. Our Medical Coordinators are known for their empathy, organization, and commitment to patient-centered care, helping guide patients through each visit and supporting our care teams to deliver the best possible experience.

MSK Monmouth, 480 Red Hill Road, Middletown, NJ

Schedule

10-hour shifts, 4 days/week, fully onsite. Hours vary between 6:00 am and 10:00 pm (Monday-Friday, occasional weekends). Schedules are provided one week in advance, and flexibility between shifts is expected .

Role Overview

• Serve as the first point of contact for our patients in the outpatient clinic setting

Key Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 1 year of relevant experience in a healthcare, clinical support, medical office, patient-facing or customer service role (e.g., medical office assistant, front desk, or retail setting)
• Ability to work onsite in a clinical environment, including performing basic clinical tasks such as taking vital signs

Additional Information

Training: 2 weeks of classroom training in Manhattan at the beginning of employment, Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm

Employees in this role are required to use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and must be fit-tested for N95 respirators as part of MSK's safety protocols.
