Kristo Orthodontics in Eau Claire, WI is seeking a Patient Coordinator who will be the front-line liaison between patients and clinical staff, ensuring a smooth care journey and an exceptional patient experience.

You will schedule appointments, assist with insurance verification and billing questions, maintain confidential patient records, and support billing and administrative tasks to keep the practice running efficiently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in healthcare or dental office preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and team.
• Basic computer proficiency with electronic health records (EHR).
• Ability to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for patients via phone, email, and in person inquiries.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, coordinating with clinical staff to optimize daily workflow.
• Assist with insurance verification, billing questions, and payment processing for clarity and accuracy.
• Maintain and update patient records in compliance with privacy regulations and policies.
• Collaborate with the orthodontic team to communicate treatment plans, reminders, and follow-up care instructions.
• Address and resolve patient concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating when necessary.
• Support administrative tasks such as forms, correspondence, and filing.
