Job summary

Clarity Clinic is seeking a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) to join our interdisciplinary private practice. As the first point of contact, you will ensure a seamless patient experience across scheduling, insurance, and care coordination in an onsite, full-time role.

You will work closely with providers and operations staff to support appointments, medication coordination, and patient communication, maintaining EMR records and facilitating smooth billing and follow-ups as needed.

Qualifications

• Healthcare or customer service background required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work across multiple locations if needed.
• Prior experience with EMR systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, SMS, and patient portal.
• Act as the welcoming first point of contact for new and returning patients.
• Coordinate appointment scheduling, medication requests, and care coordination.
• Assist with patient emergencies or admissions in a calm, supportive manner.
• Maintain accurate patient records and communicate provider messages and reminders.
• Explain insurance coverage, co-pays, and prior authorizations in patient-friendly terms.
• Support clinic operations, scheduling, and leadership initiatives as needed.
