Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Medical Assistant Certificate or Associate’s Degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of professional clinic/medical practice experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet, check-in and check-out patients.
• Handle new and existing patient inquiries.
• Maintain accurate EMR and communication records in the EMR system.
• Collect and post patient payments.
• Answer calls and emails and relay information accurately.
