Job summary

Private Medical seeks a Patient Care Administrator to deliver concierge-level services and support for patients and doctor teams in a growing practice. You will manage prescriptions, patient interfaces with other offices, appointments, reminders, and EMR organization while seeking operational improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a science or medically-related field.
• 1 year healthcare experience preferred.
• Excellent critical thinking and communication skills.
• Autonomous, responsible and proactive professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide concierge services for patients, including prescriptions and appointments.
• Respond to patient emails and phone inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Greet patients at check-in/out and assist with scheduling.
• Coordinate outside consults, tests, and imaging studies for patients.
• Upload labs and outside documents into the EMR system.
