WIFH in Atlanta is seeking a Marketing & Patient Experience Coordinator to manage day‑to‑day marketing activities for both practices while gaining hands‑on exposure to patient service, consultations, and lead follow‑up.
As proficiency grows, you will lead campaigns, content creation, events, partnerships, and performance reporting, aligning with each brand and services. This is a growth role with potential to advance into marketing leadership.
WIFH and Vital Living Healthcare are two established, co-located practices dedicated to helping patients look, feel, and live their best.
WIFH specializes in laser treatments, skincare, and aesthetic services. Vital Living Healthcare offers concierge primary care, hormone replacement therapy, weight management, peptides, and personalized wellness services.
Our guiding values are simple: Listen. Care. Serve. We believe in doing the right thing for the patient every time.
We are seeking a creative, driven, and highly organized Marketing & Patient Experience Coordinator to coordinate and execute day-to-day marketing efforts for both practices.
This is a marketing position built on firsthand knowledge of the patient experience. You will begin with substantial hands‑on training in patient service, consultations, scheduling, and lead follow‑up while also becoming involved in current marketing initiatives.
Learning our services, patients, practitioners, systems, and sales process will give you the foundation to create relevant content, communicate effectively, and understand what moves patients from an initial inquiry to ongoing care.
As you become proficient, the role will shift increasingly toward marketing, with responsibility for campaigns, content, communications, events, partnerships, and performance reporting. These are core responsibilities of the position.
The transition will be based on demonstrated readiness rather than a predetermined date. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, learns quickly, and is ready to assume primary responsibility for daily marketing coordination as their knowledge develops.
Marketing responsibilities begin during the immersion period and expand as you gain proficiency.
Initial phase: $55,000 annually, plus a monthly team performance bonus during patient experience and business immersion.
Marketing transition: Base salary increases to $65,000, with a quarterly team performance bonus structure, once you demonstrate proficiency in both practices and assume primary responsibility for daily marketing coordination and execution.
Readiness includes a strong understanding of our services, patients, sales process, systems, and brands, along with the ability to independently coordinate campaigns, content, outside partners, deadlines, and reporting.
Bonuses are based on shared practice goals and overall team performance.
Benefits include:
This is a full-time, in-office position in Atlanta’s Perimeter area, reporting directly to the Vice President of Operations.
You will work closely with leadership, practitioners, team members, and outside marketing partners. Occasional evening or weekend availability may be required for events, promotions, or content creation.
As you demonstrate success in campaign execution, partnerships, strategy, and performance analysis, there is an opportunity to grow into a larger marketing leadership role.
You enjoy working with people, ask thoughtful questions, take ownership of projects, and follow through on the details. You are comfortable discussing services and pricing with patients and translating what you learn into effective marketing.
Most of all, you value collaboration and understand that exceptional patient experiences, thoughtful marketing, and practice growth are connected.
