The PCC-I collaborates with the Clinic Director to drive clinic growth, maintain smooth operations, and uphold Upstream Rehabilitation’s mission and values.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication with Business Office and Field leadership.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Team-oriented with efficient time management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations.
• Schedule patient visits and manage front office duties.
• Provide exceptional customer service and create an inviting clinic atmosphere.
• Monitor arrivals and improve patient experience.
• Manage schedule, document routing, deposits, and non-clinical paperwork.
• Attend required training and compliance sessions.
