• Requires medical administration/reception experience

Responsibilities

• Provide patients with exceptional care experience and maintain high NPS scores
• Coordinate and optimize clinic scheduling for full appointment flow
• Serve as primary contact between patients, providers, and internal teams
• Handle scheduling, documentation, billing coordination and communication
• Assist with patient inquiries across phone, email, voicemail or portal
• Support accurate billing, collections, and AR activities
• Participate in daily huddles and weekly meetings for smooth operations
• Track patient feedback and NPS data to improve service delivery
• Suggest process improvements to enhance clinic operations
• Uphold HIPAA confidentiality and patient rights
