Qualifications

• Experience handling both inbound and outbound calls in a professional environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to document information accurately and efficiently.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to follow established workflows, policies, and escalation procedures.
• Proficiency with computers and the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
• Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from patients and healthcare providers regarding appointments, scheduling needs, and general inquiries.
• Schedule, track, and manage patient appointments while ensuring all information is documented accurately and timely.
• Make outbound calls to patients for appointment reminders, follow-up care, and coordination of healthcare services.
• Collaborate with patients, providers, and pharmacies to facilitate care opportunities and resolve concerns.
• Route calls and patient inquiries to providers and clinical staff according to established protocols.
