The PCC-I collaborates with the Clinic Director, supports clinic growth, and handles duties from scheduling to insurance verification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to multitask across multiple computer programs daily.
• Strong time management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations and schedule patient visits.
• Provide excellent customer service and create an inviting clinic atmosphere.
• Monitor arrival rate and ensure a great customer experience.
• Manage scheduling, documentation routing, deposits, and non-clinical paperwork.
