Job summary

Rocky Mountain Spine & Sport Physical Therapy, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to join our Denver, CO clinic. The PCC-I supports clinic growth through excellence in patient intake and practice management in collaboration with the Clinic Director.

The role requires high school diploma, strong communication, multitasking ability, and efficient time management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Communication skills – must be able to relate well to Business Office and Field leadership.
• Ability to multitask, organizational detail, ability to meet deadlines, work with little to no supervision.
• As a member of a team, must possess efficient time management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect all money due at the time of service
• Convert referrals into evaluations
• Schedule patient visits
• Customer Service
• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere
• Make welcome calls
• Monitor arrival rate by enhancing the patient experience
• Manage schedule efficiently
• Handle document routing
• Oversee overtime and scheduling
• Manage non-clinical documentation and deposits
• Track caseload, discharge candidates, progress notes, and insurance reporting
• Monitor clinic inventory
