Rocky Mountain Spine & Sport Physical Therapy in Parker, CO is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator (PCC-I) to support clinic growth and patient intake processes. The role collaborates with the Clinic Director to ensure efficient clinic procedures and upholds the mission of Upstream Rehabilitation.

The PCC-I will handle front-office duties, verify insurance, collect payments, schedule visits, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Strong presentation and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations and schedule patient visits.
• Provide outstanding customer service and create an inviting clinic atmosphere.
• Manage schedules, documentation, deposits, and non-clinical tasks.
• Support training and compliance as needed.
