Responsibilities

• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations.
• Schedule patient visits and manage enrollment.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere.
• Make welcome calls and optimize arrival rate.
• Manage schedule, document routing, deposits, and non-clinical paperwork.
• Monitor inventory and participate in training requirements.
