Rocky Mountain Spine & Sport Physical Therapy, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our Golden, CO clinic. This entry-level role supports the clinic with patient intake, scheduling, and front-office operations to ensure a welcoming, efficient patient experience.

The PCC-I position emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and the ability to multitask across administrative tasks while maintaining accurate records and patient payments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Communication skills - must be able to relate well to Business Office and Field leadership.
• Ability to multitask, organizational detail, ability to meet deadlines, work with little to no supervision.
• As a member of a team, must possess efficient time management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Core responsibilities
• Collect all money due at the time of service
• Convert referrals into evaluations
• Schedule patient visits
• Customer Service
• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere.
• Make all welcome calls
• Monitor and influence arrival rate through creation of a great customer experience
• Practice Management
• Manage schedule efficiently
• Manage document routing
• Manage personal overtime
• Manage non-clinical documentation
• Manage deposits
• Manage caseload, D/C candidate, progress note, and insurance reporting
• Monitor clinic inventory
• Training
• Attend required training with the Territory Field Trainers (TFT) for Raintree and other business process updates.
• Complete quarterly compliance training.
