Back @ Work Physical Therapy, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our Logan, UT clinic. This entry-level office role maintains daily clinic operations and delivers excellent customer service.

The PCC-I supports the Clinic Director, handles patient intake, scheduling, and insurance verification, and helps create a welcoming, efficient front office environment while supporting clinic growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Communication skills – must be able to relate well to Business Office and Field leadership.
• Ability to multitask, organizational detail, ability to meet deadlines, work with little to no supervision.
• As a member of a team, must possess efficient time management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Core responsibilities: Collect all money due at the time of service; Convert referrals into evaluations; Schedule patient visits; Customer Service.
• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere.
• Make all welcome calls; Monitor and influence arrival rate through creation of a great customer experience.
• Practice Management: Manage schedule efficiently; Manage document routing; Manage personal overtime; Manage non-clinical documentation; Manage deposits; Monitor clinic inventory.
