Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of computer proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
• 1+ years of customer service or healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

• Obtain accurate patient information and insurance details.
• Perform insurance verification at the date of service.
• Obtain signatures for required documents and upload IDs/cards.
• Schedule appointments and manage registration workflow in a multi-specialty setting.
• Maintain medical records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
