Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and maintain a welcoming front desk.
• Answer phones and direct inquiries with professionalism.
• Coordinate with Billing and clinical staff to ensure smooth flow.
• Protect patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA procedures.
• Audit and report on charts, approvals, and payer notes.
