Northwest Rehabilitation & Associates, a member of Therapy Partners Group, seeks a full-time Patient Care Coordinator (Medical Receptionist) for our Dallas location. The role focuses on greeting patients, handling front desk duties, answering calls, and coordinating with Billing and Therapists to ensure smooth patient flow.
Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, are organized, and comfortable handling confidential information while adhering to HIPAA policies.
Currently, we are looking for a full time Patient Care Coordinator (Medical Receptionist) for our Dallas location.
Schedule needed: 40 hours per week Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm
Staring hourly: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour depending on Patient Care Coordinator/Medical Receptionist experience

Education And Experience
Education: High School diploma or equivalent
Experience: Data Entry, System Dashboard and or Worklist Completion Projects a plus. At minimum, 1+ year(s) of consistent experience in a front desk role & thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required. Medical/Healthcare front office experience is strongly preferred.
Physical Requirements And Working Conditions
Requires prolonged sitting, some walking, bending, stooping, reaching, and stretching. Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, mouse, photocopier, telephone, calculator, and other equipment. Requires a normal range of hearing and eyesight to record, prepare, and present reports.
