Therapy Partners of North Texas is seeking a Full-Time Virtual Medical Receptionist to join our friendly orthopedic team. You will greet patients, verify information, coordinate care from evaluation to discharge, and maintain EMRs while delivering excellent customer service in a technologically powered, patient-centered environment.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year medical front office experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with medical software.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• 1+ years of medical front office experience.
• Excellent telephone skills.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.
• Experience with medical software preferred.
• Available and flexible with hours.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Team player attitude and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Greeting patients and providing outstanding customer service.
• Coordinating the care for each patient from initial evaluation to discharge.
• Verifying current personal and financial information.
• Maintaining patient charts and electronic medical records.
• Collecting, posting, and depositing patient payments.
• Faxing, filing, and performing any other duties as assigned.
