• Collect co-pays and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Schedule diagnostic and follow-up appointments and verify visit type.
• Maintain waiting room cleanliness and communicate with patients.
• Coordinate with back office to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Resolve service issues and escalate as needed.
• Assist team with duties including coverage in other areas.
