Job summary

Upperline Health Inc. in Lutherville Timonium, MD, is seeking a Lead Patient Care Coordinator to manage the front desk and lead the clinic operations. You will support physicians, enroll patients in Upperline Plus, and coordinate clinical and administrative tasks.

Ideal candidates have podiatry or orthopedic clinic exposure, strong EMR skills (Athenahealth preferred), and excellent communication. You will oversee daily coverage, staff clinics, and drive patient experience metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Patient Care Coordinator.
• Podiatry or Orthopedic clinic experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills and medical terminology.
• Experience in EMR, preferably Athenahealth.
• Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Stable work history; leadership experience.
• Background check and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians and lead clinic operations.
• Oversee patient enrollment and engagement with care team.
• Staff clinics and ensure coverage across locations.
• Monitor clinic KPIs in collaboration with Regional Manager.
• Facilitate daily clinic huddles.
• Ensure patient experience meets service standards.
