Qualifications

• 1+ years of receptionist or healthcare-related experience required.
• Experience with scheduling, insurance verification, patient check-in/out preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Obtain accurate patient information and insurance details.
• Perform insurance verification at date of service.
• Obtain patient signatures for required documents.
• Upload government ID and insurance cards.
• File and maintain medical records and registration queue accuracy.
• Schedule appointments and answer calls promptly.
• Process walk-in patients and referrals.
• Maintain HIPAA and OSHA compliance within a fast-paced clinic environment.
