Responsibilities

• Greets patients and assists with registration
• Collects co-payments and verifies insurance eligibility
• Coordinate follow-up care and scheduling referrals
• Maintain daily schedule and support Epic superuser activities
• Onboard new employees and support care team workflows
• Handle inquiries from members and clinical staff
