Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and serve as the primary contact at the front desk.

• Schedule patient appointments and optimize provider calendars.
• Send appointment confirmations and reminders to reduce no-shows.
• Verify insurance eligibility and enter patient data in EMR accurately.
• Explain coverage, benefits, and patient financial responsibility.
