Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments and assist with provider schedule optimization.
• Verify insurance eligibility and patient demographics; enter in EMR.
• Enter and maintain complete information in EMR; collect and document charges.
• Run reports and review accounts to ensure charges are billed and up to date.
