Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets patients and visitors in a friendly, welcoming manner.
• Schedules referrals received by fax or by telephone from patients and physician offices.
• Verifies insurance coverage for patients.
• Collects patient payments.
• Maintains an inviting and organized front office workspace.
• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere and manage welcome calls.
• Monitor arrival rate and deliver a great customer experience.
• Manage schedule efficiently, document routing, deposits and insurance reporting.
