Desert Orthopaedic Center/Integrity Rehab Group in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. This entry-level role focuses on smooth daily clinic operations and exceptional customer service in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

The PCC-I will work with the Clinic Director to implement efficient intake processes, greet patients, verify referrals and insurance, collect payments, and maintain an organized front office. A collaborative, patient-centered mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Clear communication with Business Office and Field leadership.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, meet deadlines, and work with minimal supervision.
• Team player with strong time management and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations.
• Schedule patient visits.
• Provide customer service to patients and callers.
• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere and make welcome calls.
• Monitor arrival rate and patient experience.
• Support practice management and maintain schedules.
• Manage documents, deposits, and non-clinical paperwork.
• Assist with training and compliance activities.
