Job summary

SERC Physical Therapy, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our Gardner clinic. This entry-level role supports clinic growth through patient intake, scheduling, billing and front-office operations, working closely with the Clinic Director to ensure smooth daily procedures.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service, be able to multitask, and thrive in a team setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills with staff and leadership.
• Strong multitasking, organizational detail, and deadline management.
• Team-oriented with efficient time management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations.
• Schedule patient visits.
• Provide customer service.
• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere and make welcome calls.
• Monitor arrival rate through a great patient experience.
• Manage scheduling, documents, overtime, deposits, and insurance reporting.
• Monitor clinic inventory.
