Affordable Dentures & Implants in Alabama is seeking an experienced Dental Front Office Coordinator, Receptionist, or Treatment Coordinator to be the first point of contact for patients. You’ll help deliver an exceptional patient experience while supporting dentists, dental assistants, and the lab team in providing life-changing tooth replacement solutions.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a dental office or healthcare setting preferred.
• Experience with treatment coordination, scheduling, or patient services.
• Familiarity with dental insurance verification and predeterminations.
• Knowledge of dental practice management software (Dentrix preferred).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and provide a warm, professional first impression.
• Manage check-in/out, scheduling, confirmations, and recalls.
• Verify dental insurance benefits and pre-authorizations.
• Prepare and review treatment plans with patients.
• Explain treatment options and financial responsibility.
• Collect co-pays and payments, maintain accurate records.
• Maintain accurate EHR/EMR and HIPAA-compliant documentation.
• Coordinate communication between patients, dentists, and staff.
• Support daily office operations to ensure smooth patient flow.
