Job summary

Results Physiotherapy, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our Cary, NC clinic. This entry-level office role focuses on maintaining smooth daily operations and delivering excellent patient service.

As PCC-I you will work with the Clinic Director to support efficient clinic procedures, patient intake, and front-office management while upholding the mission and values of Upstream Rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication with Business Office and Field leadership.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines with little to no supervision.
• Strong time management and presentation skills as a team member.

Responsibilities

• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations.
• Schedule patient visits.
• Provide excellent customer service and create an inviting clinic atmosphere.
• Make all welcome calls and monitor arrival rate to ensure a great patient experience.
• Manage schedules and non-clinical documentation.
• Oversee deposits and insurance reporting.
• Support training and quarterly compliance requirements.
